Shipping & Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however online purchases are limited to Australia and New Zealand shipping only.
Subject to availability, we will make every effort to ship your goods within 1-3 business days.
Most shipments are sent via courier and require a signature to complete acceptance. If neither you nor your authorised representative is at the delivery address to take delivery, the courier company will leave a card with instructions on how to proceed next.
You may return new in 'saleable condition', in original packaging and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a full refund.
No store credit or refunds shall be provided for any incorrect purchasing, purchasing items solely for the use of testing, change of mind, if items are damaged, any "make an offer" products, if products are returned incomplete or if items are returned 3 months after the invoice date.
Any items returned after 14 days shall have a 20% restocking fee apply.
If any items have been used or are unsealed but have been deemed eligible for return by management a minimum of $80 Ex. retesting fee plus a minimum 20% restocking fee shall apply.
Any return shipping costs for store credit or refund shall be paid by the purchaser.
If a refund is accepted, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks on receipt of item in our warehouse.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and we will respond with instructions for how to return the items in question.
Warranty / Repair Form
Prior to sending an item back you must lodge a ticket using this portal.
If you don't have an existing account please register a new one in the portal and then lodge a ticket.
Please attach the ticket number to the documentation and item when sending back the item.
All freight costs for warranty / repair claims are paid for by the customer.
Warranty claims are covered under our "FERMCARE" terms and conditions.
